eBook - Beta 1.04 Status
March 30th, 2012 by Xendrid Awhile back in August of 2011 we announced a short story contest. Participants would go on to write a short story based in the same universe as our game. In order to let people truly express their writing prowess we capped the words at the standard 7,500 words. We got a lot of entries that reached that cap and they could have kept going too! Some of them were funny, some of them sad, and even some grotesque zombie smut which I won't be getting into. It was a blast to read these stories. We would have had a proper update for this sooner, but it took months to read the entries and get everyone to vote on a winner. By that time we were in a rush to get the mod ready for a public release and the other half of the contest got pushed to the way side. The winner Darrin "Bluehawk" Boland's story will still be designed into an official map. We also planned to have the best entries featured in an eBook. So here it is!

BETA 1.04 Status
We hope you all have been enjoying Survival mode. The team has been hard at work tweaking and bug fixing. The Beta 1.04 update is going through final testing. The game mode mechanics are undergoing a few changes as well as Flooded. Vincent has incorporated traps to aid in your survival and boarded up numerous entrances to change the flow in game play. SotaPoika applied some bug fixes to Chinatown as well. Beta 1.04 will see further optimization and will help improve and balance the Survival mode. Want to help make NMRiH better?
