Alright so, I've added -novid; -autoconfig to the launch properties, nothing..
Tried to repair SteamService.exe, nothing.
Everytime I run the game it shows me the initial page for less than a second then it pops out an error saying: "Engine Error: Could not load library client"
Help pls?

Have you tried restarting steam? Or possibly running a verify game cache on Source SDK Base 2007.

Can you verify that in the "Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\nmrih\bin" folder you see:
client.dll with a size of 4,571 KB
fmodex.dll with a size of 1,060 KB
game_shader_generic_procshader.dll with a size of 171 KB
server.dll with a size of 5,258 KB
shadereditor.dll with a size of 1,676 KB
Have you run the Source SDK Base 2007 at least once? Maybe you downloaded the patch instead of the full game?

Make sure the files I posted above are in that folder with those sizes.
