Is it illegal to place things in video games that are for fun like weed?

I think barely any games, besides Conker's Bad Fur Day, which gives the effect of being drunk, ever put little fun things on the side for boring or bored players.

I would suggest putting: weed, cigarettes, maybe alcohol, a random deck of cards that you just throw and makes a sprite or entity of flying cards, maybe a basketball that bounces or baseball that knocks a zombie's face a bit, a bag of Harvest Blend of pumpkin seeds, raisins, almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans, and apricots to eat? (Gives 10 hp?)

This could grab more attention but the idea is to just create some fun.

GTA IV and Red Dead Redemption allow you get drunk, resulting in some funny stumbling around.

It might be kinda funny if you and your friends barricade a bar, but there is no hope of survival. So you all get drunk, and try to fight the zombies drunk. gmod drugz addon does this very hilariously (if your drunk it make you move randomly sometimes, and you sometimes accidentally pull the trigger).
