How much do you know about the exporting process of character models? About QCs and setting up hitboxes etc

well it's been a while since i actually exported a model to source.
I was under the impression you just needed mesh, but I'm sure it will come back to me when starting the devious process of qc writing...

Do you have some other examples of your work? Vince showed me a few things but most were Zbrush renders. Do you have some finished models I can check out?
