a friend of mine from college. he and my lady were good friends before she moved to pittsburgh (which is where i met them both). the 3 of us would stay up all night drawing, singing and indulging in general mischief. i'll never forget his song "joe joe the fireman" the night my lady's oven caught on fire and i casually went in the other room to tell him and my lady's roommate that the oven was on fire and then casually strolled into the kitchen to put the fire out with a towel. good times.

wish i could find the video from this halloween party me and my lady went to at our friends' (chad and adam) house. they were in a metal band called sepsis that i did some art for. chad looks like danzig and he was even dressed as misfit era danzig at the party, me and my lady were there as micky and mallory knox from natural born killers. the first time i saw chad was at orientation for college and me and my dad thought he looked like the bad guy from the highlander movies so of course i had to be a jack ass and yell "there can be only one"...dirty look shot back at me. this other time my lady and i worked at the input/output room for the art institute (rendering peoples animations, printing out their art for classes, running the computer labs, etc) and our buddy richie was working with us...richie found this black scarf in the hallway and comes into the i/o room and sniffs the scarf and says "oh man this smells like a hot chick, joe smell this", so i sniff it and shrug and say "i dunno it smells nice i guess" and then my friend chad comes walking up and says "oh hey man, i thought i lost that" *grabs his scarf back says thanks and leaves* we being to laugh at richie "shut up man you said it smelled good too!", me "yeah, i said it smells nice, i didn't bury my fuckin face in it and think it was a woman's though". i almost got expelled from the art institute a couple months after that, but that's a story for another day.

chad had a secret room in the closet of his bedroom with a coffin in it that he slept in from time to time...say what you want but i slept in that bitch one time and it was ridiculously comfy.
